I remember that our dad wouldn't allow us to listen to secular music on Sunday. At the time, I did not like him for that. Late 1970's was the era for Jacksons, Sugar Hill Gang, Kurtis Blow, etc. Shut it all down on Sunday and I remember this song playing on the radio on one of those Sundays. I appreciate him for it now. Without those Sunday mornings, I may have never known the Lord the way I do now.

I will never forget when my mother would wake us up for our early Saturday morning house cleaning chores and my younger brother was brave enough to asked my mother how much would she pay him to mow the lawn. She gave him that "momma" look, walked over to record player located behind the bar and put on this 45 vinyl. LOL She had to play that song for several Saturdays before he realized that he was never going to get paid. LOL
