Nice gesture by Pastor Shirley Caesar on behalf of her native country, who at one time not long ago, treated African Americans as second class citizens. Forgiveness is redemption from hatred; I would hope that the Iraqi people can, one day soon, forgive our zealous former President Bush for overestimating what could be accomplished in invading and occupying that country. But Iraq will get reparations in some form from America. But there is a forgotten man in America. Who can remember?
