Maybe Niklas wanted to do this for himself not just you. Also I would like to add that half of you don't know how to spell period. First off Shining is Extreme Metal not Black Metal anymore. Secondly Niklas dosn't use the term DSBM anymore so really wtf are you talking about. Just one last thing there are plenty of songs that aren't Black Metal out there that will make you want to kill yourself trust me. I believe a lot of Black Metal fans are narrow minded idiots and are actually the ones that aren't true go murder someone or burn down a church then talk to me about true Black Metal.

I love this cover, because it has Niklas' print on it... This version is sadder, more touching than the original, in my opinion... I'm saying this because I know Poets of the Fall's work for years now and I really like it, thus I can make comparisons between the original song and this cover and honestly, I prefer this version of "Carnival of Rust"... It has something so beautiful and special in it... It actually annoys me to see that some fellow metalheads cannot get their heads out their butts.
