Singing well doesn't mean you need to sing high notes all the time. I really appreciate that Brent Smith focuses on staying in tune and preserving his voice and added a nice harmony to this song to give it a nice authentic feel. He would have destroyed it if he tried to strain to hit the high notes and couldn't. Loved it!

You all have to remember that is voice is used up a lot when they are out on the road touring. You can hear how raspy his voice is but you're gonna have that playing 4 nights a week on the road.

The lead guitarist is the one screwing up the harmonies. The guy on Brent's right is singing the actual melody (for the most part), while Brent is singing the lower harmony with some of the melody mixed in (during the chorus). The guy on his left isn't having a very good day here...

If you think Brent sounds bad live, learn good music. With just a voice and acoustics, no fancy studios, these guys sound amazing. idk what the hell your all talking about, he has an amazing voice. If a band cant sound good with out studio effects and cant with just acoustic, then its not really anything to be impressed about. Singers have good days and bad days, so before you judge him about his singing, watch more of this shows and shut the fuck up
