It took me a while to get into Shellac - their goals are quite different from BB (not to mention that neither is purely an extension of Albini). They've grown on me. Watch song is recent and doesn't sound anything like BB - what do you think of that?

Re: the amplifiers. Steve uses a '65 Fender Bassman and a Crown power amp, and Bob uses a Traynor TS50B and a Crown power amp. The amps are housed in custom road cases.
