Platform shoes were so very cool in the early 70s, made you feel very tall and sophisticated. When the Rollers first appeared with platform boots and tight knit V neck sweaters we were instantly hooked on the image. Then they turned their baggy pants to tartan trim and that sealed it. But I still remember the feel of my very first platform shoes and how I could hardly walk in them. By the way, I love this song and often play it in the car on my way to work. :)

This is funny, here it was never on a lp, only a b-side of a single. Sooo strange to me to imagne it was on Wouldn't You Like It, it would have made a complete new album to me somehow. I really like it, liked all b-sides :)
