There isn't a key change...it's just a rather nice middle eigth which uses the same chords as the chorus before it...the chords for this song are actually quite simple but really fucking elegant. Kind of similar to how he put together 'Sunny Afternoon" and "Waterloo Sunset"...just lots of descending runs from major to minor chords...
