The whole band was great. But Greg Stinson was stellar. You should have seen him in Yazoo Shuffle Band... he played bottle neck on par with Duane Allman and Ry Cooder... a truly great guitarist.

Art, is this from the Park West? It sounds like it's from the board. I know their sound was fabulous but wow... Thanks for this.

For my baby brother, Jack 1959-1986. Too soon gone from us.

@MrFrench439 - I imagine the tribute is to his brother, as the titleof the song dictates.

@Kelticgirl1 Does indeed. I'd love to know the story behind the song, given the title, the sense of longing in the music, the fact Stinson has the sole writing credit, and plays such passionate solos throughout. If indeed it's a tribute, it's to someone very special - and it's a beautiful honor.

@MrFrench439 - Wonderful - doesn't this song seem spiritual?

@Kelticgirl1 Same here. I loved this song from first hearing on the original Watercourse Way album (back in the mid-70s), and thought they really did it justice at that concert. One of GE Stinson's finest.

I saw Shadowfax live at The Bottom Line in New York City back in 1983-1984. A wonderful song - will always carry it with me throughout my life. Thank you for posting...
