i interperet the end of the video as directly calling to the concept behind black up's shabazz palaces substitute the third-world of africa for the modern rap industry, and they demonstrate how africa (and the modern black human) can succeed on its limited resources.a lot of african art is very primitive and can be percieved as 'bad' art.the sound of shabazz palaces utilizes many sounds that remind one of a newbie producer, fl studio preset drums (youlogy), unequalized synthesizers (the new emporer's clothes), vocoders (yeah you), stretched out samples that are riddled with artifacts (everywhere)with black up, they are demonstrating to the trash that they see the modern african people have turned themselves and have been turned into by american culture, what could be done from the start with the limited resources of their ancestors, and what they could be doing now with a wider access to technology than ever before
