Just want to fill in: With "good about it too" I mean to absorb the message that it wants to send out to everyone. You may not know it, but Hardcore relies on it's fanbase to stand up and speak up what they think and the message that the music carries, it is not out to antagonize anyone who disagrees, those who like it, like it and that's it. Those who don't, thats fine. Aslong as people tolerate and accept each other for their differences, it's all good. :)

I do see it for what it gives me, I preach it to people because I want people to feel good about it too, if they don't they don't need to listen and I will get off their back, if do they listen; That's great! Sorry to say though, you don't have any idea what you're talking about. Hardcore has been going strong and evolving since the 80ies and never lost much interest from those within it's sub-culture.

Opening with "I do what I want mate" just makes you seem way too edgy for words to describe. I'm not saying music is just a simple thing, I'm saying just enjoy it for what it gives you and stop trying to preach to other people. This while "pride and brotherhood" thing is a joke, in 10 years time when everyone's forgotten about hardcore no one will even remember that shit. Until it makes another comeback, and then suddenly everyone will love it again and act like they never forgot about it.

I do what I want mate. I see something bigger than it just being music,, what it stands for, what it wants. If music is seen as a simple existence, what is the point of listening? How does it impact our life in a positive way if you just see it as so simple? No good sir, that won't do.
