I sure do hope Gracinha asks for this song for the Detroit show! It's the best her voice has ever sounded!!! I wish people could get the visual she paints of the beach at Bahia. The sounds, the smells, the shining eyes. I feel like I'm in Brazil & yes Philbert, it is MYSTERIOOUS!!!

What a beautiful, mysterious song! I first heard it on David Sanborn's Jazz Show which was broadcast on Sunday mornings in the 80's (on a progressive rock radio station).
