This song and video are both so beautiful. I'm very glad I stumbled upon this.

Very thoughtful and enjoyable video. M'Lady discovered Sera and her music, and we enjoy her songs in our cabin in the vicinity of Denali near Talkeetna. Fits off the grid, all right!

@beephex1 Was filmed in Eastern Washington State, right near Moses Lake in a town called Soap Lake. Some of the exterior "town" shots were shot in Hartline Washington.

Anybody know where this was filmed. Looks like my hometown in Illinois. I miss the snow but not the winter!

The music is very evocative, as are the images of the video. Speaks to... I don't know, I guess as someone from a small town that looks like that, and is like the one portayed, I am especially touched. The feel of a place like that is well-captured, both in image and song.

I don't think that "Couch Song" could be captured with any greater aesthetic integrity. The lonesomeness is a palpable, honest, heart swelling sort. Gorgeous!
