New lead singer is great. But there still is no way to replace Steve Perry. His presence was excellent on stage but with a cover singer it's tough to duplicate that stage presence. Maybe one day Journey will do a farewell tour and Perry will come back to finish it off.11 years ago

Personally, I like Arnel, took my wife to see them live in Pensacola the tour this video is from. Is he Steve Perry? No. But if Steve Perry wasn't such an jerk and couldn't commit to Journey I don't blame them finding others to take his place. The only thing Arnel 'cuts' off some of the words when he sings, but then again English isn't his first language.12 years ago
