90's bands/ artists sound the same live as they do on the record...this is unlike artists now-a- days.

@metastasisman What kind of guy...well, it's probably someone who feels like they the universe denied him something unfairly...someone who feels gypped through no fault of his own. That's probably the kind of guy who'd do that!

Just when you think that there can't possibly be anyone more boring than Phil Collins...along comes this bunch of twats... What a SHIT song! Boring groove and words with as much lyrical quality as a paragraph out of a sociology book. SHIT!!

@turoniner The fact that you said "Goober" makes me believe you.

@Dugger1997 Ha man this is an old post. He's just an awkward wannabe. A goober. Looks like crap onstage. His book is a great insight into the music business in the 90s but it also reveals what an awkward boner he is. And it's not even like he embraced his awkwardness. He bleached his thinning hair and fuggin did the "let's play dress-up" photo shoots and tried to fabricate a "rock star icon" out of himself. A perfect blend of debilitating insecurity and pretentious ego.

I love this song I was only 5 when the song came out. I was really young in 2001 but i remember this song being on the radio. I remember starting preschool on September 11th, 2001 too it was sad. Now i'm 12 and I email Jacob Slitcher all the time about a new album. He said a new Semisonic Album is coming in 2011.
