Agh!! I found out about Andrew (somehow) through Cemetary Gates then bought his CD at a real-live store...it does NOT have this song on it! I crossed my arms listening to this at 1:00 just angry I don't have it.

@peace4allyo the first time i listened to this song was in a video titled "sectionate city" of andrew bird performing it live; if i'm not mistaken, he said it's something new he's been working on. itunes lists it as "section 8 city" though. i guess the latter is the official name. hope that helps a little (:
