I first listened to this song while I was with my girlfriend. Even though I was happy and with an amazing girl this song still had meaning to me. Now just a few days ago that girl that promised she'd never leave. Promised me a forever and always. Promised she'd never hurt me. She left because she moved and couldn't handle the distance and fights we had. I knew we were falling apart and at times I wanted out. But I always kept my end of the promise because I knew she was worth it. She shouldn't of promised something she couldn't control and that was loosing her feelings for me. I still love you Victoria and I know you're the one for me. I can't move on. "Promises get broken, goodbye forever" I'll never forget those words from your mouth. Hearing them from anyone else would be fine but not you. I can't stand a forever without you.
