Well, even mentioning this in the same breath as metal seems pointless -- it's like comparing a children's book to Ulysses. Metal, bless it, possibly has a place somewhere (mmm, maybe located in the developing, barely pubescent minds of young lads). There are so many classy metal bands! You must just have had some bad luck. Mikael Åkerfeldt of Opeth wanted his album "Watershed" to be a metal version of The Drift. According to himself he failed but it turned out well anyway.Related Videos
