If anyone ever wondered why Scott has such a bad rep, this song is the very definition... He is either a self-righteous megalomanic or completely ignorant... let me explain: Scott Stapp = Rockstar, if he thinks Jesus = Rockstar, then he is putting himself on Jesus' level... If this was his intention, then he is either telling us he thinks he is God's son or he is debasing Jesus' greatness to that of a mere pop singer with a following of a few thousand people. If this parallel he is trying to draw was just ignorantly using the word 'rockstar' to be synonymous with 'awesome', then his ignorance/negligence has once again shown through in his actions (i think this is most likely what happen, as i do not see Stapp as a megalomanic - he comes off as a very humble man). I only point this out because i would just like to people think before they act... i think this has been the underlying principle in Stapp's demise over the last decade. I say all of this as a huge Creed fan, and out of complete respect for Stapp as a musician... I am just making an observation, that I see his career having gone much differently (more successful / less drama) should he have thought about his actions, his lyrics, etc. before acting upon them. I am not one to judge though as i am not perfect myself, just thought i would point out this prime example of negligence.

Seen them live this past Summer thank you Scotty for makeing this song and playing it at that private concert at Montpellier Jamboree that was an epic show greatest night of my life. Even though i was depressed that day i dont know why but your music cheers me up when i listen to it. If you are ever roaming youtube and if you see this comment thank you.
