Eyes Without a Face is an amazing song written by Billy Idol and Steve Stevens and sang by Billy Idol who has one of the greatest and sexiest voice I ever heard! This Song is something of wonderful for me by ever, I heard it for the first time in 1984 and I fell in love immediately with it and with Billy Idol of course! For me (and Not Only) Billy Idol is one of the greatest Punk Rocker that ever and his voice is fantastic, sweet and rude at the same time, full of passion, deep and sexy! I love his voice, his Energetic and passional Music, his performance, everything about him! I met him 4 times (the last on november 2014 in Milan) and spoke and took pics together and I Can Say for sure that he's a true gentleman, kind and willing. And very very sexy! Billy Idol the Best!!!! Rock on Forever BFI!!!

Hp's version is better than billy idol's. I think he put all his emotions in this song.his voice sounds unbelieveble, without idiotic shouts.there is only one "yeah",but so different then other his songs : ))

I also agree that this cover is so much better than billy idol. And to you Vinyl Sumaris I want to say just this, about your comment about Elvis and Billy down there. Yes, no one can sing like Elvis because he had a voice like no one else in his genre, as the same for Frank Sinatra, Jussi Björling and other different great singers in their class. But If you think that Billy idol is that special as a singer that no one beats him in this song, you are wrong because he is nothing special at all, totally overrated! I don´t care if it is he´s tune, scooter nailed this song much better in 1998 on time in both song, better music and that incredible female vocal touch to it than Billy ever did in 30 years. I know what I´m talking about and this cover is the proof. End of story.
