This songs lyrics can be a bit confusing until you realize its about two women. Israel is the woman bound to the crucifix being assaulted by the dragon that wants to kill her unborn Christ child.The woman that drinks the blood of the saints is Mystery Babylon, the great whore.

The "dragon slides between her thighs" was made to sound that way intentionally since Israel basically "whores" herself out to him. There's nothing wrong with making a sexual euphemism where it is applicable, it just depends on how mature you are to take it. And it's metaphorical and should be taken metaphorically and fact that you keep thinking about it literally is a problem that belongs to you and not the song. The drinking blood part is verbatim from the Book of Revelation. Look it up.

It does pertain to Israel, and the "dragon" is Satan waiting for the birth of the Christ child...Jesus.
