Guitar sample and hook are from Sanitarium by Metallica. The spoken word sample at the end is a comedian; the late, great Bill Hicks. The very fact that SF, Metallica, and Bill Hicks all come together in one 2:58 piece of art, to me, is only further proof that we are indeed all connected on some level.
