SA Slayer was way before their time, they were one of the most intricate bands if not the most intricate band at that time which was 1988. The lead guitarist Ronnie Jarzombek was one of the most talented and upcoming guitarist and to this day is still producing breaking edge music. They never officially released this album because Los Angeles Slayer was threating to sue them over the name even though they put S.A. at the begining. This sounds so different than Slayer's other albums like SEASONS IN THE ABYSS or REIGN OF BLOOD, but it's nice to hear Tom Araya try a differenet vocal style than the same old. I never knew he could sound like this -- awesome!

In some ways S.A SLAYER remind me of vintage MERCYFUL FATE!!! Personally, I consider "The Witch Must Burn" to be ONE of the ALL-TIME great songs in Heavy Metal HISTORY!!!
