@JagoShogun there's actually a type of martial arts called "QiGong" pronounced "Chi Kung" which involves breathing techniques to focus and create energy, the type of energy where you can break stones with your head and block wooden sticks with your arm and instantly break it as he appears to do in this video. do your research and look up what Chi Kung means before criticizing Wu Tang Forever!! ;) !
