@heartagram1881 I know the chords. Unfortunately I cannot name them all. Starts out with E, slides up on the high E and G string from the 2nd to the 4th fret. Then he goes standard power chord on the 4th fret, only without the middle finger. Then it is F#m und A, also both realised as power chords. And C#m occurs later as well. Sorry, if that didn't help. I will write it down soon. Just very busy stuff because of the finger picking. Takes ages to write it as a tab.
