Wow! Merci beaucoup, un ami. This is one of my favorite songs off Echoes... as well, imo, one of the few saving graces to an album that suffered due to, I think, personal out-side-band matters, & yet it's still a far superior album than many other chop-shop rejects out there posing to be something from nothing (yea, I borrowed that). Anyway, this version is tastier than the studio/album's... heavier, grittier, dirty; in some ways, more spontaneous. I love Rush Sound Check bonus tracks they sometimes gift to us. Where in the world did these "Echose On the Stages" tracks come from??? S'il vous plaît? I searched for a bootleg - Rien, alas. Er, NOTHING!I still love the original studio version, but, wow, yea, this sound check version, like Limelight off the Clockwork Angels Tour CD - I espc. love Lerxst Lifeson's Stevie-Ray-Hendrix like blues riffs at the song's end. All est bien qui finit bien...

HOLY ***__*** upon audio review, this is PRIME stuff: what seems to be a SB tape,unreal! 21 seconds of a clearly 'Hendrix' solo at 2:20 tremolo at 3:05 and even glitchy 3:53 to 3:55 ; the dropped beat for any dancers-haha missed lyrics: (Time and motion...dream) to 4:04 then 4:05 "Eyes connect..." and of course Alex's jump heavy on the vocals at the end- 4:23 then ring out with the final chord @ 4:51 THIS IS A GEM, listening to rest next... What if we had S+A or TM rehearsals,omg?!
