+fendergibs All I have to say is this: 24 Gold & 16 Platinum albums, still selling out arenas, and touted by a majority of the rock music culture as major influences. Impact? I think so! By the way, if you want to argue about lead singers being on pitch, have you listened to "Roxanne"??? RAAAAAAAAHX-anne..... Also, I would love to hear the argument in favor of Sting's intricate bass lines like "Walking on the Moon" against Geddy's bass lines like "Malignant Narcissism" (2006).(Not to mention they did all this against the grain of the mainstream music industry, as was illustrated by there significant RRHoF induction delay. And how these flashes-in-the-pan made it in before Rush is beyond me.)

Can anyone please make sheet music for the piano part, or at least name the notes, I want to play it so badly. I would do it myself, but I'm just not good enough to figure it out on my own. Thanks so much

One of the most gripping solos I've heard from Alex in years. Nothing fancy, just pure emotion and soul. Reminds me a little of Gilmour and Trower. Awesome!

The biggest danger in a garden is the naeve who eat' the fruit of knowledge out of the hand of cold blooded wavering gifting death to all, and selfish indulgent necessity devouring everything in its wake leaving every thing in a dangerous situation man always taking their fruit of destruction from the center of the planet to fill their selfish materialistic needs humans are narcisistic to everything else on this planet and everything else suffers and dies so we can live better lives humanbeings.

Poor "fender-douche" calling everyone "RUSH geeks." Yet, you take it to such heart when you describe their sound as "the worst sounding studio records I have ever head." (sic) And, you continuously post here as a troll. Sounds to me you are disappointed rush fan stuck in your parents basement reminiscing about their 80s "Sound." LOL. Bye, bye "fendy."

sorry facts suck, rush is a shell of a band they were in the early 80s when they actually had impact on the larger music sceen instead of just a narrow group of middle age computer geeks white guys. they live off material from 1976 to 1987, nothing made past that time made an impact on music and has been quickly sent to the cut out bin after all and only rush geeks buy it. also they have produced some of the worst sounding studio records i have ever hear over the past 10 yrs, utter sonic mess
