I left my army base in London at 0300hrs that morning just to see this concert, first tube to Euston, first train to Glasgow, pick up the girlfriend (who actually sang backing vocals for Runrig years later) then onwards to Balloch - to say that it was worth it would be a great understatement!13 years ago
