I have to say this is among the best sounding albums Rolf achieved ever - the others being Masquerade and maybe The Brotherhood. as for the songs I think he really needs to abandon the idea of writing new "piratical" songs... the new ones (since "Pirate Song" back on The Brotherhood) are nowhere near the old hymns written back in the '80s. I like the new Hard Rock style though - it fits well with Rolf's style. this is one of the best songs he has written in the last decade.

As a long term RW fan what I can say... Well, it contains some catchy melodies and riffs, but... I think it is not played by the band of real 4 or 5 men, but by the computer... Pitty...
