First time I ever hear this song of the Rubettes. Me and my brother bought the single "Juke Box Jive" in 1974/75 but it was the German version with "Forever" on the B-side. This is the B-side of the English version. When I discovered it I thought it was a ballad. How wrong I was!

Great song - obvious Buddy Holly influence. I think it could have been a hit in the early-mid 70s. Did this a couple of times with my own band butno-one had heard of it.

Thank you for this folks I havent heard it for years. I wrote it pre Rubettes days and I nearly got signed up for a deal with a massive label then, but at the last moment , they decided against so when the Rubes came along a little later we used it Thanks again!

Yes I'd been looking for it online for ages. As I couldn't find it I took it off my original Juke Box Jive single and uploaded it. Shame its not been on any compilations because its a great song.

Thank you for uploading. It's the only song of the "classic Rubettes" that I've never heard before due to it isn't available on any compilation in my knowledge. I was looking for that single record for a long time, but I couldn't find it. Great performence of John Richardson on vocals and excellent guitar by Tony Thorpe
