Bruce wasn't trying to copy this song, he did it in his own style. Sure he may have forget some of the lyrics or changed some of the lyrics but you have to give him props for trying it.

Yeah it may be a pop song originally from someone you don't like, but pay attention to the lyrics. It's right in canon with the subject matter of most of his works; regular folks dreaming of the perfect dream life. Makes sense to me.

First of all, it's an acoustic COVER. The lyrics are obviously changed. Secondly, 17 year old Lorde doesn't even hold a candle in comparison to The Boss. Bruce doesn't ''need'' to cover a popular song to be famous, he ALREADY IS FAMOUS. This guy is a legend. Lorde's reaction? She cried. She loved that someone like Bruce covered her song live. It's an HONOR. Now can all you hipster/swag fags fuck off, thanks.
