Royal Blood Figure You Out

So after quite a few requests, I'm proud to present to you the jam of 'Figure it Out' by Royal Blood featuring the fake guitar sound that the band have and that I've been using for my bass covers. This video also features live drums performed by Philip Page of which we spent part of an afternoon jamming and recorded this version with various camera angles. A few slip ups, but nothing too shabby for sight reading and playing by ear me thinks! :-)

As with all Royal Blood covers I've performed, I have been using pedals similar to what Mike Kerr uses in the band including the Boss PS-6 Harmonist, Electro Harmonix POG2 (and two of them like he does!) and various Tuners and Line Selectors to help introduce and mute parts whilst we're playing. The board is constantly changing of which I hope to settle on it soon to show you all what my intentions are for the fake sounds in various scenarios! Watch this space!

Video was recorded using Logic Pro 8 & X, various cameras and Allen & Heath QU16. Drums recorded on Roland TD9 V Drums. Bass recorded with Fender Jazz Bass Deluxe and about five pedals (disregard the thousands you can see!)
