Roy's smile at the end shows, as he would say, his gratitude to "be liked again", after many years of obscurity, he was "back", w/the "Wilbury's", and a fantastic (last, unfortunately) album, "Mystery Girl"...thanx for the tunes, Roy!

Roy's voice "gone" (your opinion) is better than almost anyone else in their prime!

Homeland Security (DHS) would classify Roy as a "terrorist" these days for displaying patriotism and love of his country. Clearly a trouble maker in their eyes. FEMA would break into his home at 3am, tazer him, and cart him off in shackles and a bag over his head...off to one of the hundreds of FEMA Concentration Camps and he'd never be heard from again (aka NDAA under obama).
