Poor old Roy never really got the breaks for a man with his talent and originality. It's men like Roy and Rory Gallagher that I've always admired. No pedals or fancy gizmos, just pure talent and ingenuity. Roy was given tickets to see Hendrix play only to find he was using gadgets to get the sound that Roy had worked so very hard to create. He was devastated. You'll never convince me that Roy's death was suicide either, poor devil. RIP Roy.
