I was fortunate enough to see Roy and his band in Auckland not long before he died. I'll never forget it. Never.

Who is better? Roy or Jimi?

Roy Buchanan's "Hey Joe" is too slow, so diffuse, without "God spark". Jimi is the best and his performance is the best. It is out of discussion in my opinion.

Listen to his records. See if you can find Livestock or Loading Zone albums (not sure if they are available in CD's). Really wicked guitar solos!!
