A much better album than charm school. This has really catchy melodies and great ballads. Shame though, Per really dominates the vocals. He is fantastic, but Marie sings a lot less than she used to.

Marie's back in this album, I mean her voice is strong again as it was ten years ago or even better. It's so great to hear new songs from Roxette :DDD

Well, for me, Travelling is miles better than CS.I found myself skipping a lot of songs from CS that seemed to me demos. This album sparks, from the first time you hear it, you know it's roxette.

And I also have no problem considering that this is definitively the best Roxette track on the album the one for me that best screams "Roxette" from top to bottom and I hope to ear this included on tour. It must be a blast to perform this one live. The coolest thing since "Sleeping In My Car" or "7twenty7" but even better IMO. "Travelling" lacks some more vunerability and some "The Rain" kind of ballads. Having "See Me" and "TWOTW" included was a bit turn off for me though I love both bsides",

At the same time as I listen to this particular track I feel like this track was also supposed to be included on Travelling the same way Keep On Waiting was included on Tourism. I feel the same vibe from both songs despite the time that separates them. But unlike Tourim this Roxette album sound very "Soap-Gesslish" and not Roxettish enough for what I'm used to get from the band unlike Charm School which kepts some very important elements that define the Roxette sound to my ears.

It's kinda tricky to compare one album with the other as the background that surrounded each is totally different the same way that we cannot compare Joyride to Tourism. Still I feel Charm School would have sounded far better that "Touched By The Hand Of God" has been included on "Charm School" for me this is the powerguitar-pop driven that lacked there a bit and if had been included it would have been a greater single release than "Way Out" which for me sounds nothing more than an album opener.
