Rosita Serrano (born Maria Martha Esther Aldunate Del Campo, 1914--1997) was a Chilean singer who had her biggest success in Nazi Germany between the 1930s and the early 1940s. Because of her bell-like voice and pitch-perfect whistling she received the nickname Chilenische Nachtigall (Chilean Nightingale).

non ho mai sentito una interprete più grande di lei:grande la sua fantasia nell'infiorare l'esecuzione.Voce estesa, bella e sempre sotto controllo.Ha onorato il dono ricevuto dal Cielo.

Publicado el 25/07/2014La Paloma was composed by a Spanish composer Sebastian Iradier after he visited Cuba in 1861 and two years before he died in obscurity, never knew how popular his song would become worldwide and in diverse cultures during the last 150 years. In Zanzibar "La Paloma" is played at the end of weddings, in Romania at the end of funerals, in Mexico as a protest song, and in Germany as a sailor’s lament, in some countries it is a quasi-folk song. In USA Elvis Plesley sang "La Paloma" (No More). This version of La Paloma sung by Shin Yona (a member of Big Mama South Korean singing group) with beautiful instrumental accompaniment is romantic and beautiful. It is featured in a Korean very touching movie entitled, "A Moment to Remember".La Paloma fue compuesta por el compositor español Sebastian Iradier, despues de visitar Cuba en 1861 y dos años antes de morir en la oscuridad, sin nunca saber cuan popular su canción seria en todo el mundo, en culturas diversas durante los últimos 150 años.
