yes, i agree with you, the whole song sometimes seems to me like a combination of intelligence and a kind of a grating teeth feeling, or a psychopathic, unconscious condition - like the shivers you mention. Other songs like "Intruder" by Peter Gabriel (although of another musical style) come to my mind.12 years ago
