Rory is one of the only musicians I can listen to, and numerous times, on every song there's a "WHAT?!" moment. I try and picture him playing instruments, and how he would be playing what I'm hearing. It always gets to a point where I can't keep up and the sounds he's creating leave me in awe. Makes me want to become incredible complex in my guitar playing, and my musical journey.

Rory was the real thing, he approached his music in a workman like fashion i.e. he rolled up his sleeves,plugged in, quick tune up and then WHAM !!!! He always gave 110%, no airs and graces a humble musician going about his business. He was a lovely kind human being and I miss him very much.

@MrAngrygary Sorry, late reaction, only red it just now, but I am so glad someone finally agrees with me that this is a bull sh*t story and never happened. An urban legend that has taken a life of it's own, because it got repeated by so many so often everyone is tainted to believe it.
