Happy Birthday Ronald David "Ronnie" Wood (1947.) i felt like something from his 2010 album "I Feel Like Playing." He's in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame twice - once for the Faces and secondly for the Rolling Stones.#dapimusic #mymusichangout #bluesrock #ronniewood #singersongwriter #guitarist #bassguitar #lapsteelguitar #drums #harmonica #saxophone #keyboards #artist #radiopersonality #author #therollingstones #thefaces #rodstewart #theBirds #thecreation #ericclapton #thenewbarbarians #jeffbeckgroup #bornonthisday #bornonthisdate

In the book "Under Their Thumb" by Stone's associate & journalist Bill German, he describes how Ron Wood & he would make prank phone calls. Ron would check the classified ads for local bar bands looking for a guitarist, & then phone them. When they'd ask what experience he had, he'd say, "well, currently I'm working with the Rolling Stones, & I used to play with the Faces, & Jeff Beck...". He'd get that far & they'd hang up on him, thinking he was some kind of joker or goof, LOL.

1-2-3-4....Michael Jogger's solo stumblings, pale into insignificance compared to Wood's soulful outings since '75.
