We all understood that, at the beginning, Rod and Gab wanted to creat something "new", they did well (at least to become famous), but it's sad how people try to limit a such beautiful instrument nowadays. When we know what a classical guitar, could apport musically, technically... Segovia, Sabicas, Paco de Lucia showed us how a classical guitar must be treated.
