Rivers' #6 hit in 1972 from the album "L.A. Reggae". It was a cover version of the original instrumental by Huey "Piano" Smith in l957..That one reached #5 at the time. This is a great knock-your-socks-off rock n' roll song!

Ah yes, this is the ticket! Keep them blues from becoming too deep. Make them go away, may all my detractors be gained only to the dance within the rythym and the rhime of life, do you hear it? Now you boogie-ing too!

For ANYONE who hasn't heard it yet, check out Johnny River's "Realization" album! It was released in the 'Summer of Love' year of 1967. And IF 'Sgt. Pepper's..." hadn't dominated the musical landscape, THIS album, to me, might have won 'Best Album of the Year'!!! The second side was one of the BEST album sides from beginning to end! Check it out and thank me later!

Yo!!! Great video editing. Now i know who is stroking those keys. She's @ 2:06 minutes. :-}} Also learned something New. This track is a re-make from Huey 'Piano' Smith who is the original artist. i LOVE this version....especially the intro.

I hear some hand clappin' too! This song reminds me of when I was 8 yrs old----- taking roller skating lessons. I think I learned how to "shoot the duck" to this song! Those were the days my friend!
