I offered him an alcohol free beer once. He said , " Son ,that to me is a travesty..."

I heard "Action Packed!" on the radio somewhere. It was soooooo cool! Such joy and energy! I ordered the only album/CD I could find, from ebay (Rockin' Bones - No Hit Records - London). Obviously recorded to CD from a scratchy album, but WOW! This guy is IN LOVE with having fun and makin' music. What a treasure.

Ronnie grabbed the bull by the horns. When he got the chance , he did it up , right.....High energy , zero nostalgia Rock'n'Roll . Randy Reeves deserves all the credit he never got , for putting Ronnie in touch with Barney Koumis and No - Hit Records, and putting the wheels in motion.

@RockinFifiLaFume yes I agree you're quite right. there is a pack of cats diggin' Ronnie's sound here in Moscow. By the way "duh" in russian ("да") means "yes". So WE SAY "DUH"!

Thanks for posting. I didn't see his last gig in England as my kids were young and I couldn't get a baby-sitter, but my husband and his friends saw him and, even though he was terminally ill at that point, they were blown away. I think they all cried that night, by all accounts - the band, Ronnie, and the audience. Brilliant performer - great guy. Cheers

The Blond Bomber rockin' strong with an all-star band: Sean Mencher on lead guitar, Sean Young on rhythm guitar, Kevin Smith on bass (High Noon) and Lisa Pankratz on drums. The modern Rockabilly dream team. Ronnie is gone but there's still a lot of rhythm in them rockin' bones.
