In 1979 I was bartending at a disco on the north side of Chicago; the Phoenix. Monday nights were WGCI party nights and the radio station would bring new up & coming talent to perform. But all the acts would lipsync to their records. All except Rockie. He sang this live to a recorded track and absolutely tore it up.
