Is that an Epiphone Emperor? I ask because I have one and I didn't know that Epi made an L5. If they do, where did you get it? I was thinking about taking my Emperor and placing a few 90s on it, but I didn't want to drill the body. Really nice sound- solid.I do most of my rockabilly recordin' with a tele- but I have an ES175 that sounds pretty fat as well

Also check out play guitar with Chuck Berry its great tab and music very accurate notes and chords. You even get a nice backing track CD thrown in to work off and play along with excellent book. I learned all my chuck riffs from that book.

yeah, that's a great sound. Love it. Also, I love the pick and finger style at the same time. Great sound, especially when the bass is added to the mix.

pretty ballsy to lay claim to the scotty moore in the title of your video. one should only do that if you can back it up. and make no mistake about it......you *definitely* back it up. practically indistinguishable from the genuine article. btw, we are in the immediate aftermath of elvis week.......and george klein had scotty on for an extended interview......priceless stuff. keep up the great playing.

Thanks So very much, So grateful you take time to help us all -Im so sorry to ask you if you could play chuck berry riffs, I knew you could , but it's this ingrained over -politeness we tend to suffer from, that and cockney knees up when drunk in the Uk.

That can hardly be true seeing that he traded the 295 in for the L-5 on the 7/7/55. Pls.at least check his website before posting more "facts".

Yes, I can :-), but my videoes are not about tabs, sorry. For Chuck Berry I strongly recommend Fred Solokovs book. Mail me for a link of you can't find it.
