"When my son was starting his band at 15 years old, he liked to show me guitar and drum discoveries he found on youtube.  Having never played in a band myself, I now appreciate the coolness of things like double bass pedaling and guitar sweeps because of him.  Rock meets Rachmaninoff combines 2 of my favorite musical influences:
