Ronnie Montrose... he was a bad ass for sure. I wouldn't want to get into the politics of his decision making, but I cant help but wonder why he never let Sammy back him up on the guitar. You can totally hear how he influenced Sammy's playing. Regardless... Ronnie was a totally underrated axe man (in his later years anyway). I kick myself for never making it to see the guy.
