This interpretation easily rivals the original. The Man Upstairs is the most consistently good Hitchcock album years. (I've loved ALL of them.) His voice has become an unbelievable instrument. It always was nice and distinctive, but now it has the gravitas and patina few have ever achieved. The austerity of the arrangements really brings this to the fore. Beautiful record! Thank You, Robyn! Keep doing what you do.
