Robyn Hitchcock politely, but firmly, asking you please not to mention, nor suggest, any likeness or form, sound or action that is Gene Hackman. Thank you.

Definitely one of my favorite gigs of all time ... Watching Jake play bass on that tiny boat without falling over ... the slowest beer flow of all time, and utterly brilliant music ... Who out there still has their ticket to prove it? :)

What, every song must be a serious, articulate masterpiece? This is whimsical, absurd, slapdash brilliance. It seems likely you should try to enjoy your life a bit more, open up to the lighter, comedic touches. They're just as rewarding, and they make the dark bits darker by contrast.

Another clown ... Which shitbox school did you attend Iain Stewart..??? The Dunfermline Dunghill for Dunces Primary ???.. Bet it went all downhill after grade 4 eh ...Got a job as a toilet brush in the local disco and worked your way up to a mop... Criticise somebody who deserves it you parasite... Robyn Hitchcock certainly doesn't.

I suspect the ultimate version of the Harry Potter franchise for Hitchcock fans would be where they substitute the name "Voldemort" with "Gene Hackman".
