I remember travelling on a coach from a football match in Manchester, there was a lot of noise, and laughter then the number one record came on and it was this song, and there was silence as everyone just sat and listened. It takes something special to achieve that across all age groups and personal tastes in music. A great example of how to take somebody else's song and own it. it will never be bettered.
