Undoubtedly one of the coolest white men ever to grace a stage (including Frank), a man who exuded charm, graciousness and class. A great musician and singer who always paid his dues to those that went before him. And to top it all he is from Batley, in God's own county of Yorkshire... as am I. Thanks for posting.

LOL The Danes remind me of my Swedish ancestors....maybe that's a Beowulf connection. The band is smokin'. . . the peeps are clappin' . . . it's all good!

Robert Palmer will never grow old :( Here Denmark, 1995, he looks as good as his MVs in the '80s (except for that damn tie). For those of us old enough to remember, RP has a special place in our histories. After Addicted to Love, he knocked us out with Simply Irresistible. Rec if you miss him.

He to me is a miracle - not a great voice, looks like an office servant, his music is nothing soooo special. So what is it that gets so much great feed back? Something you cant learn, something you cant buy, something you have to be burn with: SOUL!

I wish he had more real stars like Robert Palmer in today's music business: talented, classy, sophisticated, erudite and down-to-earth - a real gentleman singer. His music stands the test of time and he is sorely missed today. If only i could travel back in time and see him live in concert!
